Ceramic fiber heaters combine an iron-chrome-aluminum (ICA) resistance element and ceramic fiber insulation to create "heated insulation." Numerous stock, standard or custom shapes can be provided to solve high temperature, non-contact heating applications. Low mass ceramic fiber permits applications to heat faster and run with cooler external temperatures. Embedded coil elements, or embedded or exposed flat or V-sinuated elements offer watt density variations. MODULE MOUNT® mounting system permits easy custom furnace construction.

Applications
  • High temperature furnaces
  • Non-ferrous metal melting, holding and transfer
